Procedure for Submission

The conference technical program will consist of platform presentations, poster presentations, and panel discussions. All submissions selected for presentation will be included in the proceedings given to all conference delegates.

  • ※Before you upload your abstract file, be sure there is a theme classification note. You can see the sample below:

    Signing up for EasyChair

    1. If you have no EasyChair account, sign up for an account.
    2. Please enter the words you see in the box, in order and separated by a space.
    3. Please fill out the following form. The required fields are marked by (*).
    4. After the system received your application, a mail with further instructions will be sent to your email address.
    5. Please click the link which can be found in the mail.
    6. Please fill out the following form with your individual data.
    7. Now your EasyChair account has been created successfully.

    Abstract Submission

    Please check Abstract Template file before submit your abstract.

    1. Go to the abstract submission page: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=fotel2014
    2. Log in using the username and password of EasyChair.
    3. After you logon to the system, go to "New Submission" of FoTEL 2014
    4. For first usage, you should accept the ToS. Click "Submit New Abstract".
    5. Follow the instructions, step by step, and then use the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form. You can upload your abstract document by clicking "Browse...".
    6. After the progress is finished, you can see the summary. If you want to update any info, please use the toolbox at the right-top corner.
